Christina & Akshay | Miami, Florida

Christina and Akshay’s wedding was a thoughtful fusion of American and South Asian traditions, set against a tropical outdoor backdrop. Their ceremony brought together both cultures in a way that felt intentional, respectful, and deeply personal.

Held under a modern white mandap, the altar was covered in lush greenery and vibrant floral arrangements in red, pink, and white—honoring traditional Indian wedding colors with a fresh, contemporary design. Guests wore a range of attire from colorful saris and sherwanis to light, modern dresses, creating a celebration that was both festive and inclusive.

The ceremony incorporated Hindu rituals such as the antarpat, where a cloth separates the couple before they see one another, and the saptapadi, or seven steps, symbolizing shared vows and commitments. These traditional moments were balanced with personal touches like modern vows and a curated mix of Indian and Western instrumental music.

Christina wore an ivory sari with subtle embroidery, paired with a structured, Western-style blouse. Akshay complemented her look in a cream sherwani with navy accents. Their attire reflected the blending of two worlds—formal and cultural, yet approachable and modern.

Practical details, like handheld fans and shaded seating, ensured guest comfort during the sunny ceremony. Aisles lined with bright florals added vibrant color and structure to the event, echoing the mandap design and enhancing the overall setting.

What stood out most was the couple’s intentional approach. Every element—from ceremony flow to attire and decor—was chosen to reflect their shared values and backgrounds. The result was a celebration that honored heritage while embracing modernity, creating an experience that felt both grounded and uniquely their own.

Jaclyn & Rakesh | Naples, Florida

Jaclyn & Rakesh’s wedding in Naples, Florida was a vibrant, joy-filled celebration that beautifully blended their cultures and personalities. Set against the sunny backdrop of the Gulf Coast, their wedding weekend unfolded with heartfelt traditions, bold color palettes, and intentional design that honored both of their families.

The ceremony featured a traditional Hindu jaimala exchange, where the couple adorned one another with floral garlands in a moment rich with symbolism and emotion. Jaclyn, radiant in a red embroidered lehenga, and Rakesh, in a bright yellow kurta, stood beneath a floral arch overflowing with marigolds, garden roses, and ranunculus in shades of coral, magenta, and blush—colors that echoed throughout the day. Every detail was thoughtfully curated to reflect their vibrant love story.

The reception space glowed with warmth and elegance. Romantic candlelight flickered among lush centerpieces of peach garden roses, hot pink ranunculus, and soft blush blooms, all arranged in antique gold vessels. Delicate bud vases and tall taper candles added a refined softness to the tablescape, while the energy of the room remained joyful and inviting. Guests dined, danced, and celebrated amidst a design that was both luxe and full of life.

From the emotionally charged vows to the joyful atmosphere, Jaclyn & Rakesh’s wedding was a seamless fusion of heritage, modern style, and deep connection—a weekend to remember for everyone in attendance.
