Blissful Bride + Design 

  • Work to begin with planning 60 days from event date 

  • Up to 10 hours service on event day 

  • Initial consultation 

  • Meeting to determine what needs to be completed or organized 

  • Review all vendor contracts and make sure set up and strike times are scheduled appropriately 

  • Unlimited phone conversations 

  • Walk-through at event site(s) 

  • Meeting with client 1 week prior to event to go over all final details 

  • Coordination of rehearsal by Karma team member 

  • Contacting/confirming set-up/arrival times and details with all vendors 2 weeks prior to event 

  • Construction of detailed timeline for the day, distributing to: vendors, site, and any other key participants 

  • Preparation of vendor and “key people” contact sheet 

  • Position favors or any other items necessary for the event 

  • Liaison between client and vendors 

  • Direction of family members, inform of arrival/photo times, details of scheduled events, delegated tasks, etc. 

  • Maintain timeline 

  • Coordination of special events, i.e. toasts, special dances, etc. 

  • Organization of gifts to be collected or delegated to family member 

  • Collection of any personal items at the end of the event and given to designated person 

  • Initial consultation to determine style & budget

  • Collaborate on design ideas & Karma to design concepts for client to approve. 

  • Send RFP of design concept to client approved florists to begin bidding process 

  • Negotiate and finalize florist contract

  • Select remaining vendors needed to implement design: linens, tabletop, furniture, lighting, draping etc... 

  • Negotiate those vendors to remain in desired budget. 

  • Contract those vendors. 

  • Create floor plan based on design ideas

  • Finalize vendor reservations, deposits and negotiate contracts

  • Prepare load in and load out schedule for vendors

  • Onsite point of contact for all vendors
